Origin and craft
Started by a small team of chefs and foodmakers, the studio began as a research kitchen for seasonal produce. Early work focused on fermentation, texture and sustainable sourcing. The practice moved quickly toward commissioned menus when local artisans requested collaboration on events and limited product runs.
We treat every brief as a design problem: define constraints, prototype plates, test pacing, and document a package that clients can reuse. Over time the studio balanced one-off experiences with packaged plans that simplify budgeting and logistics for recurring collaborations.
Today the studio offers a compact set of services that emphasize customization, transparency and measurable supplier standards. Our aim is to make premium craft accessible without diluting technique or provenance.
